Location of the hotel was good! Near a lot of grocery stores and food, so it was easy to do shopping at night. Near a bus that goes to downtown Raleigh as well

We were in town for our daughter’s soccer showcase. This hotel was conveniently located and the room was very clean and tidy. Only downside is the room was a little small.  Breakfast was the usual continental offerings and cleanliness is a high priority with individually wrapped apples, utensils and cups.  Staff was friendly and accommodating.

プールには、枯れ葉が沈んであり、5日間滯在中一度も掃除されなかったの利用しなかった。　隣にコートヤードがあるが、それよりは安いのでお勧めできる。

OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS: 1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use. 2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car. Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays. Sincerely, Ellen Byrum

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through 訂房網站. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to 訂房網站.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but 訂房網站.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.
